A new youth center, sponsored by UNICEF and Brazil's Municipal Secretary of Health, is providing children in Viçosa do Ceará with a positive place to spend time outside of school. The center increases access to educational and cultural programs and gives parents peace of mind that their kids are staying out of trouble.
